We try to despatch all orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on a non-working day, will be despatched the next working day.
All orders delivered to UK addresses are despatched via Royal Mail 48HR services. Therefore, you should normally receive your items within 2-3 working day after we have placed your order.
Shipping in the UK is free.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original unopened condition within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
Please include your name, address and invoice number.
If you return the product in its original condition, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.
How long will my order take to reach me?
If you are in the UK Mainland and have ordered items that are in stock you can expect to receive your order either the day after you ordered from us or within a few days after your order date. If you are not in the UK times will vary depending on your countries import regulations and postal service. Please check with your local Post Office for an estimate on how long it takes to ship items from the UK to your country.
My order has not arrived what shall I do?
Firstly please check that the postal service has not left you any cards or notes stating that they tried deliver your parcel while you were out. If you do find one of these cards please follow the instructions on the card to arrange another delivery. If no card has been left please contact your local mail sorting office to see if they have any information on your package.
We ship via Royal Mail 48HR service. Usually this is very reliable but occasionally parcels get delayed in the Royal Mail network. If your delivery has not arrived in 10 WORKING DAYS for the UK or 28 WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world (from when you receive your dispatch email) then you are eligible to claim for a replacement.
