A Statement from Save on Supplements Ltd.
Updated 2nd December 2020As you all know as of Thursday 5th November 2020, the Prime Minister announced that the UK would re-enter a‘Lockdown’ immediately.
As a ‘Health Shop’, we are classed as an exception to retail and hence our business will be staying open and we will be accepting orders from you.
We have to stress that over the past few weeks and most certainly for more to come, the amount of orders reaching us has more than doubled. We are trying our hardest to process and dispatch them the same day as usual, however some orders may take longer. For the foreseeable future we ask that you please order for personal use only.
Our carrier, Royal Mail, has also seen its business increase. Once your order is dispatched by us, it may take more than 48 hours to be delivered. Please note delivery times are ESTIMATED.
Unfortunately, due to the present situation, Royal Mail deliveries can be delayed which we have no control over once it is in the postal system.
At this time and during the "Black Friday" event Royal Mail deliveries are much slower than usual, we do not expect this to improve during the pandemic unfortunately, obviously this does not affect every single delivery but it does affect a significant percentage which we can attest to.

Please also note the Royal Mail number we provide is for an untracked service. You will see NO TRACKING INFORMATION until the item has been delivered.
As a result, we have suspended our delivery guarantees on all services from the 5th November 2020 but will maintain service levels where we can.
We are a small family business, meaning all of our staff live in the same household. We all adhere to social distancing for your protection as well as ours.As a company that manufactures supplements, we have to adhere to strict hygiene measurements set out by the HAACP system and the GMP. These guidelines have not changed, and we have continued to maintain an excellent standard of hygiene and cleanliness.As always, we continue to provide you the highest quality supplements at the lowest possible price and this will not change.
